German Potato Salad
Summer 2023

It's good with borgars.

Stuff Needed
  • Red Potatoes, cubed
  • Bacon
  • Onion
  • Sauce:
    • 2 Tbs sugar
    • 1 Tbs dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 2 Tbs parsley, chopped
    • 1 Tbs chives, chopped
Process:
  • Cook potatoes
  • Cook bacon
  • Brown Onions
  • Mix Sauce
  • Mix everything together warm, wait 15 minutes, serve warm
